Boarding

Welcome to The Haitian Academy Boarding School!

The Haitian Academy’s Boarding school is located 25km from Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. The boarding school is located at the campus site, on 20 acres in Cache-Cache Dougé. The Haitian Academy offers boarding services to students ranging from ages 3 to 18 years old.  However, new admission is granted to students from ages 3 to 14 years old.

The school community is diverse, tight-knit and dynamic. Fellow students become friends, and teammates, while teachers and advisers are always there to lend a helping hand both in and out of the classroom. Staff members accompany students during planned weekend activities and field trips.

The Haitian Academy advisory system means that all students have a specific adviser to help guide them through their years at the School. Students and advisers see each other daily; sometimes just for a quick hello, at other times they meet either individually or as a group to talk through issues both large and small.

Our daily schedule provides the structure and routine that students need to help them develop self-discipline, self-reliance and a sense of personal responsibility.
